We are pleased to offer you a refund if you return the products purchased. Product(s) has to be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you recieved it. You are responsible for shipping fees. Please notify us also by email that you are returning the item(s) purchased to us. Return has to be made within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. Due to COVID any apparel or fashion items such as head wraps, hair caps, scarves, t-shirts, jewelry, arts and crafts and paintings purchased are non refundable. Sisterlocks products are also non-refundable. Pca skin products are not refundable. If an item is defective we will issue a credit, given proof. We have the right to dispute defectiveness of the product(s) ordered and credit/refund may not be issued. Any liquid products that leaks out or shipping box is altered, the carrier has to label it defective so we can issue a refund. If your package is returned to us unclaimed or return to sender by the courier we will refund your order excluding the shipping fees.

It is our goal to deliver every order to our customers quickly, but it is advisable to give ample time for an order to process and deliver.
In stock items are shipped on the day of purchase if order is placed before 2pm sometimes, but please give us 1-2 business days for processing time. At best we try to process within 1 business day. If you have to cancel you can do so within an hour of purchase or if order has not being processed. Please send us an email right away to cancel order. you can use this contact us link or the contact form below with your cancellation request. Items in backorder status will be shipped once we are restocked. You will also be notified if item is on backorder.
- Partial shipment will be made in the event of a backorder, No additional shipping charges are required for backorder item(s), and shipping method will be the same as the rest of the order.
- Transit time within the continent of United States requires 2 to 7 business days, and worldwide shipment 7 to 14 business
- Time may vary however depending on your choice of shipping method.
We perform detail inspections on every item that we pack and ship. Please carefully inspect all packages and their contents as soon as they arrive.
Due to unforeseen circumstances or to expedite delivery we may have to change the shipping carrier. If so delivery time may vary slightly.
Due to PCA SKIN® policy, we do not sell or ship PCA skin care products to customers in Canada, Israel, Korea, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan or Turkey.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via US Postal Services, DHL,or UPS. Taxes and custom charges are the responsibility of the customer. Custom and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. Customers should contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.
